Payment and Shipping

These conditions apply:

Delivery of Goods:
- Goods are delivered worldwide.

Shipping Costs (including statutory VAT):
- Deliveries to USA, UK & Europe:
    - Provision of Digital Content:
        - No shipping costs are incurred for digital content (data created and provided in digital form).
        - Digital content will be provided via a link communicated to you by email.
        - The email with access data for the provision of digital content will be sent within 24 hours after the conclusion of the contract (in the case of agreed advance payment, after the time of your payment instruction).

Delivery Time:
- Consists of processing and shipping time:
    - Processing time: 1-2 business days
    - Shipping time: 3-10 business days
- Shipping providers are DHL, Hermes or others.
- If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in one combined shipment unless we have made different agreements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time you have ordered.
